jueves que comparte con el Gobierno mexicano su preocupaci\u00f3n por la \u201cda\u00f1ina e inconstitucional\u201d ley SB4 de Texas, que el gobernador, Greg Abbott, insiste en aplicar pese a los fallos judiciales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cCompartimos las preocupaciones de M\u00e9xico sobre la da\u00f1ina e inconstitucional ley SB4 de Texas, raz\u00f3n por la cual continuamos impugn\u00e1ndola en los tribunales\u201d<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el diplom\u00e1tico en su cuenta de X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salazar dijo tambi\u00e9n que&nbsp;<strong>trabajan para que el sistema migratorio sea ordenado, seguro y humano; y, a la par, asegurar la frontera de Estados Unidos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cComo vecinos y socios duraderos, seguimos comprometidos a reducir los flujos migratorios irregulares sin precedentes de forma humana, fortaleciendo nuestra colaboraci\u00f3n para abordar las causas fundamentales, desarrollar v\u00edas legales para los migrantes y mejorar la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley a nivel regional\u201d<\/strong>, expuso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salazar se refiri\u00f3 as\u00ed a<strong>&nbsp;la ley SB4, una de las medidas antiinmigrantes m\u00e1s dr\u00e1sticas en la historia de Estados Unidos, convertir\u00eda en delito menor el que un extranjero \u00abingrese o intente ingresar al estado (de Texas) desde una naci\u00f3n extranjera\u00bb de forma irregular, adem\u00e1s de facultar a las fuerzas estatales de realizar arrestos migratorios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La normativa desat\u00f3 caos desde el martes, cuando la Suprema Corte de Estados Unidos primero permiti\u00f3 aplicar la ley antes de escuchar argumentos de fondo, pero en la noche el tribunal de apelaciones del Quinto Circuito suspendi\u00f3 su entrada en vigor y el 3 de abril realizar\u00e1 una audiencia para pronunciarse sobre el fondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante la posibilidad de que se aplique esta ley, este jueves la canciller mexicana, Alicia B\u00e1rcena, inform\u00f3 que el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico present\u00f3 un \u2018amicus curiae\u2019 ante la Corte de Apelaciones del Quinto Circuito en Nueva Orleans de Estados Unidos contra esta legislaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las tensiones entre M\u00e9xico y el gobernador de Texas, el republicano Greg Abbott, han crecido desde el a\u00f1o pasado ante las crecientes medidas antiinmigrantes del estado fronterizo, como las boyas y el cerco de alambre de navajas que coloc\u00f3 en el r\u00edo Bravo o Grande para disuadir a migrantes de cruzar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apenas el 20 de febrero, el presidente mexicano, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, tach\u00f3 de \u00abpolitiquer\u00eda\u00bb el campamento militar que Abbott pretende construir junto al r\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El
